We do recommend storing the bike indoors as much as possible, as steel is not completely resistant to rust. Both front and rear of the bike are equipped with lights, so you can ride safely in the dark. The closed chaincase and simple components make the bike low maintenance. For optimal care, it is recommended to have the bike checked at the bike shop after three months and every year thereafter. Although the Altec Classic is mainly presented as a women's bike, it is of course also very suitable for men. Thanks to the double stand and the ring lock, you can leave the bike behind with peace of mind. For extra security, consider purchasing an ART-approved ring lock. Please note that this bike has only one brake and is therefore not suitable for Germany, where at least two separate brakes are mandatory.
